Pentair Pentek EPM-10 Carbon Water Filter, 10 Modified Epsilon Carbon Block Replacement Cartridge

The Pentair Pentek EPM Series Cartridges are a modified version of the company's EP Series Cartridge. With an economical price point, this cartridge is suitable for reducing taste, odor, and chlorine taste & odor, as well as sediment filtration. The EPM Series Cartridges are manufactured using a process that yields a cartridge with a nominal 10 filtration rating, high porosity, and chlorine taste & odor reduction capabilities.

The high porosity design of these cartridges helps prevent premature plugging, maximizing the utilization of the carbon while maintaining a low pressure drop. These cartridges are protected by an outer wrap designed to significantly increase their useful life by trapping sediment that typically plugs carbon block cartridges.

As an ECONOMICAL SOLUTION, the EPM Series Cartridges are capable of reducing chlorine, taste, and odor, as well as filtering sediment. They are compatible with all 10" Standard and Slim Line housings and can replace any 10" x 2.5" carbon water filter cartridge.

The HIGH POROSITY DESIGN of these cartridges helps prevent premature plugging, ensuring maximum utilization while maintaining a low pressure drop. For your peace of mind, the EPM Series Cartridges have been NSF INTERNATIONAL tested and certified.

With a 3,000 GALLON CAPACITY, these cartridges should be replaced every 3 months or when you notice a drop in water pressure or water quality.
